By accessing and using the services provided by Songyuan Xiqiao Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide professional computer systems design, custom computer programming services, and related technical consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom software and solutions developed specifically for a client remain the property of that client upon full payment.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these terms.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or the appropriate court in Songyuan City.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding our services.
